Job summary

TELUS Digital AI Data Solutions is seeking Senior Raters for a flexible, remote role in France. You will assess search results and AI-generated content, provide ratings and feedback, and help refine rating guidelines.

The position requires independence, strong research abilities, and fluency in French and English. Uplift in quality and process improvements are expected through calibration and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Freelancer with excellent communication skills in French & English.
• Resident in France for the last 5 consecutive years.
• Familiarity with current and historical business, media, sports, news, social media, and cultural affairs.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and research skills.
• Daily access to a reliable broadband internet connection, smartphone, and personal computer.
• Demonstrated research capability through professional background OR strong track record of self-directed research.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed guidelines consistently.
• High level of creativity and logical skills with the ability to achieve consistent targets

Responsibilities

• Evaluate search results and AI-generated content for quality, relevance, accuracy, and usefulness.
• Conduct online research to verify information and support rating decisions.
• Apply rating guidelines consistently while maintaining quality standards.
• Document edge cases, guideline gaps, and task-related issues.
• Provide clear written feedback and rationale for ratings when required.
• Participate in training, calibration sessions, and ongoing quality reviews.
• Meet productivity expectations while maintaining high-quality work.
