Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking Senior Quality Assurance Raters to contribute to validation data for search engines and AI products. This flexible, remote role suits analytical researchers who can assess search results and AI outputs while supporting high-quality AI systems.

As part of the TELUS Digital AI Community, you will evaluate content, provide feedback, and participate in training and calibration sessions. French and English proficiency, independent work, and reliable internet are required.

Qualifications

• Freelancer with excellent communication in French and English.
• Resident in France for the last 5 years.
• Familiarity with current and historical business, media, sports, news, social media, and cultural affairs.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and research skills.
• Experience using web browsers, search engines, and online research tools.
• Daily access to a reliable broadband internet connection, smartphone, and personal computer.
• Demonstrated research capability through professional background OR strong track record of self-directed research and information verification
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed guidelines consistently.
• High level of creativity and logical skills with the ability to achieve consistent targets

Responsibilities

• Evaluate search results and AI content for quality, relevance, accuracy, and usefulness.
• Conduct online research to verify information and support rating decisions.
• Apply rating guidelines consistently while maintaining quality standards.
• Document edge cases, guideline gaps, and task-related issues.
• Provide clear written feedback and rationale for ratings when required.
• Participate in training, calibration sessions, and ongoing quality reviews.
• Meet productivity expectations while maintaining high-quality work.
