ALTEN, a European leader in consultancy and high-tech engineering, invites you to join a New Technologies Expertise Centre role focused on automating functional, technical, and non-regression tests to ensure production reliability.

You will design and implement the test automation strategy, develop scripts with Selenium and Robot Framework, review specs for testability, and ensure traceability across tests, automation, and requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Background in software development with a focus on test automation
• At least 4 years of experience in automated or manual testing

Responsabilités

• Design and implement the test automation strategy aligned with project requirements.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium & Robot Framework.
• Review specifications to ensure testability and requirement coverage.
• Ensure traceability between test cases, automation scripts, and requirements.
• Prepare and manage test environments to facilitate smooth test execution.
• Execute and monitor automated test campaigns, analyzing results and reporting defects.
• Improve CI/CD integration by implementing automated tests in pipelines.
• Continuously enhance testing processes to improve efficiency and reliability.

As part of our New Technologies Expertise Centre, you will be responsible for automating functional, technical, and non-regression tests to ensure the reliability and performance of applications in production.

• Design and implement the test automation strategyaligned with project requirements.
• Develop and maintain automated test scriptsusingSelenium & Robot Framework.
• Review specificationsto ensure testability and requirement coverage.
• Ensure traceabilitybetween test cases, automation scripts, and requirements.
• Prepare and manage test environmentsto facilitate smooth test execution.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• At least 4 years of experience in automated or manual testing

Mandatory:

• Selenium & Robot Frameworkfor test automation.

Nice to have:

• ISTQB certificationis a strong plus.
• Experience withCI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and Git.
• Knowledge of scripting languages likePython, Bash, or Java.
• Experience withAPI testing(Postman, REST Assured).
