Network Solutions Factory in Lyon is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop and maintain internal tools for telecom network management. You will work with a Product Owner and a Delivery Manager in an agile team of around ten developers, mentoring juniors and contributing to engineering standards.

You will use Python 3, Django, React, HTMX, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI, and manage PostgreSQL/MySQL databases. Fluency in English and professional French are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development, fullstack (React, Javascript, HTMx) and strong backend expertise in Python 3 and Django.
• Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI, and with Linux (Debian) production environments.
• Proven experience designing, building and integrating APIs with internal and third‑party systems.
• Experience working in agile teams (Product Owner, Delivery Manager), with the ability to manage several projects in parallel and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to mentor and coach junior developers.
• Autonomous and proactive, solution oriented, able to escape when required.
• Think “out of the box” and ability to challenge working method in place
• Confirmed knowledge and practical use of agentic coding tools in your daily development workflow.
• Fluent English (mandatory) and professional French.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop and maintain software applications supporting the technical management of our telecom networks.
• Deliver reliable, secure and well-tested solutions that meet the needs of our internal customers.
• Work on several projects in parallel, in coordination with the Product Owner and the Delivery Manager.
• Collaborate daily with the development team through agile ceremonies, code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor and coach junior developers.
• Contribute to architecture and technical decisions, and to the continuous improvement of our practices and stack.
