Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise with Python (FastAPI) and JavaScript/TypeScript (React).
• Experience writing functional and integration tests.
• English proficiency at least B2.

Responsabilités

• Build realistic developer environments with codebase, infrastructure, and context.
• Design tasks and define what counts as a solved state for an AI agent.
• Write tests that verify agent solutions across valid approaches.
• Iterate on tasks and tests based on QA feedback to ensure fairness.
