Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our New Build Operations team to lead technical issues and ensure ships are ready for delivery per contract specifications. You will work with architects, shipyards, and technical experts to meet quality, functionality, sustainability, and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience from vessel operations/Chief Eng. /unlimited licence preferred.
• New building site surveys, design, testing, especially in owner field of expertise.
• Experience in management of complex projects in multi-cultural environment.
• Good understanding of shipbuilding processes and design.

Responsabilités

• Support Project Director for the assigned new build project throughout its life cycle, including responsibility for selecting the project team, allocation of resources, formulating milestones and critical paths.
• Participate in all aspects of new ship construction and design.
• Ensure vessel compliance with regulations from authorities.
• Support Project Director in project and Site Office budget and cost control.
• Prepare and submit for approval the Project Execution Plan meeting quality expectations and standards.
• Oversee technical design, approvals, and trials, including inspection reports and field comments.
