You Role at Orange Logic:

• Plans, establishes, and manages software implementation projects and serves as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects.
• Primarily manages Phase 1 implementations and later-phase SOWs to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
• Set and track project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed
• Accurately identifies and escalates project risks appropriately
• Drafts change requests, as needed
• Ensures a customer's successful transition to Customer Success upon project completion
• Provides recommendations to improve implementation process

Ideal Qualifications:

• Obtained a bachelor degree
• 5+ years' experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise software implementations.
• Technically curious and eager to understand how complex systems work.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
• Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
• Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
• Proficient with G-Suite or related software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
