NewSpace Technical in Toulouse is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary space and satellite programmes from initiation through delivery, shaping Europe's rapidly expanding NewSpace sector.

You will coordinate engineering teams across systems, hardware, software and integration, manage schedules, budgets and risks, and serve as the primary interface with customers and suppliers in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience managing complex engineering or aerospace projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work within an international engineering environment.

We're supporting a pioneering organisation at the forefront of Europe's rapidly expanding NewSpace sector. Our client is developing next-generation Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite capabilities, delivering complex space systems that are shaping the future of connectivity, Earth observation, and mission-critical services.

As part of continued programme growth, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multidisciplinary space projects from initiation through to completion.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional engineering teams, engaging with customers and stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex space and satellite projects through all programme phases.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and resource planning.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing complex engineering or aerospace projects.
• Background within the space, satellite, aerospace, defence, or other highly regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and programme delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work within an international engineering environment.
• Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
