At the core of Pennylane’s ambition to become the all-in-one financial hub for SMEs, the Financial Services track is scaling fast - launching new Pro Account features that are critical to our clients' success, and transforming how they manage payments, cash-in, employee expenses, short-term financing.
To maximize adoption, revenue and business impact, we’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who will own and orchestrate full-funnel GTM, feature activation and internal teams enablement for our Financial Services track.
You’ll partner closely with:
You’ll learn everything about our company, our teams and our vision.
You’ll familiarize yourself with our Financial Services track, product, personas and GTM process.
You’ll get a very deep knowledge of our Product organization, methods and culture.
You’ll have significant impact on the launch of at least 2 new launches.
You’ll be able to "shape the way we work", by identifying gaps in current go‑to‑market strategies, process improvement opportunities and being driven by an "ROI‑approach".
You’ll start leveraging users and market insights to influence the Product roadmap and prioritization.
You’ll foster evangelization of the Product Marketing function all across the organization.
You’ll have built solid processes enabling optimal feature launches and maximizing value of user research.
You’ll be the go‑to person to efficiently support and enable the Sales, Growth & CS teams on your scope: every launch is “plug‑and‑play” for our stakeholders.
You’ll leverage an extensive market understanding to influence our product strategy.
You’ll put user engagement, feature adoption and utilization at the core of the Product manager’s concerns.
