Dust is seeking its first Product Manager to join our Paris-based team. You’ll turn raw GTM signals, company priorities, and user feedback into well-formed problems the team can action.

You’ll shape initiatives across product, marketing and operations, with clear objectives and KPIs, and own outcome tracking to prove impact. Collaboration with designers, engineers, and GTM is essential in our office-first, flexible setup.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of product experience, preferably in early-stage companies.
• Ability to turn signals into well-framed problems and roadmaps.
• Strong synthesis of customer feedback, sales input, and market signals.

Responsabilités

• Qualify and synthesize feedback: translate GTM signals, user feedback, and product data into defined problems.
• Shape initiatives: translate priorities into initiatives with objectives and KPIs.
• Drive outcome tracking: own reporting to ensure shipped changes move the needle.
• Improve internal coordination: align Marketing, Comms, GTM, and Product across functions.
• Own outcomes, not outputs: lead cross-functional initiatives with clear goals.
• Own artefacts in the Dust platform to continuously rewire and augment work for the team.
