Job summary

NAVBLUE SAS, part of Airbus, seeks a Principal Product Manager to oversee Flight Ops Documentation Management Solutions within the Flight Deck portfolio. You will own the Documentation Management product offer, support commercial teams on complex deals, drive product vision, and collaborate across business lines.

The role requires 5+ years in aviation OPS docs, strong English, and ability to navigate across levels. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation training, ops documentation, or airline/service provider in the OPS documentation domain.
• Very good English written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to relate to all levels inside and outside the organization.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
• Knowledge of flight operations and air operator functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and update the standard statement of work for non-complex deals and the process to identify complex deals.
• Provide insight into airline requirements and prioritize them for the product roadmap.
• For complex deals, establish requirements at customer and Navblue sides to maximize value.
• Assess and mitigate risk during bidding and contract implementation.
• Define the technical parts of the contract's statement of work and ensure value delivery.
• Support Product Delivery teams across regions on complex projects and high-priority customers.
• Contribute to Skywise brand visibility via industry presentations and white papers.
• Assist Level 3 support in prioritizing advanced items and escalations.
