Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Experience launching B2C and/or B2B digital products in banking or payments.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with data-driven decision-making and proficient in product analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multiple business units.
• Proven track record of building and delivering products with measurable impact.
• Ability to operate in a regulated environment with compliance-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into product plans with clear roadmaps and milestones.
