Pigment, the AI-powered platform for strategic planning, is hiring Senior Product Managers to own defined product domains in a remote-friendly setup. You will work with Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing and Sales to shape vision, strategy, and end-to-end delivery across modeling, reporting, and foresight areas.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager in SaaS B2B or Finance.
• Customer-driven and value-focused; always prioritizes user needs.
• Strong analytical skills and data modeling ability.

Responsabilités

• Pitch the product to customers and collect feedback via workshops and UX sessions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing and Sales on roadmaps.
• Monitor market and competition; document and share insights for vision and strategy.
• Own product area end-to-end from vision to delivery with design/engineering partners.

We are hiring Senior Product Managers across several strategic product areas. During the process, we will align your experience and strengths with one of the following communities:

• Modeling (Core objects and processes constituting a Pigment model)
• Reporting & Collaboration (Organization and visualization of the data in the model)
• Foresight (Analyzing and Planning through agents)

What you'll do

• Pitch our product to existing and new customers and collect their feedback through workshops, design sessions, UX research and discovery, together with other PMs and Designers
• Build the product vision and roadmap in close collaboration with Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing and Sales; secure the flows of communication between those teams so that everyone has the necessary support and information for customer communication and day to day prioritization
• Proactively monitor the market and the competition offer, develop, document and share a solid understanding that fuels our product vision, strategy and choices
• You will own your product area end-to-end: from defining the vision and strategy, to leading discovery, prioritization, and delivery with your engineering and design partners.
• Participate to continuous improvements of the quality of the product and our delivery processes, help stakeholder teams grow and scale with maximum efficiency

• Own a defined product domain with 1-2 squads

Who you are

• Experienced: You have prior experience as a Product Manager in SaaS B2B or Finance.
• Customer-Driven: Passionate about delivering value, you always keep the customer’s needs at the forefront.
• Cross-Functional Expertise: Your background includes close collaboration with product management, product marketing, sales engineering, and project management. You’re eager to champion and cultivate this collaborative culture.
• Analytical & Data-Savvy: Strong analytical skills are second nature to you, and you're comfortable with data modeling to inform decision-making.
• Team-Oriented: A natural team player, you excel at aligning diverse stakeholders towards common goals.
• Proactive & Self-Driven: You’re curious, autonomous, and highly organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Technical Acumen: With the technical knowledge needed to effectively engage with engineers, you bridge the gap between product and development.
• Exceptional Communicator: You possess flawless communication skills, both in writing and speaking, ensuring clarity and alignment across the board.
