Riot in Paris is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Product Design team. You will work closely with the CEO and CTO to shape the roadmap and craft user-centric design across the platform, from concept to implementation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create flows, prototypes and high-fidelity visuals, and to ship meaningful product improvements. Fluency in English and French is required; willingness to relocate to Paris is needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing UX and UI for software.
• 4+ years experience using Figma as a design tool.
• Experience working independently to explore concepts from beginning to end.
• Demonstrated ability to design simple solutions to complex user problems.
• An eye for high-quality, well-crafted visual and interaction design, and a passion for UI details.
• Proficiency in prototyping your ideas to help articulate nuanced design decisions.
• You're an explorer and don't mind getting out of your comfort zone.
• You are comfortable with feedback and and are committed to continually exploring alternative solutions.
• You don't need to be an expert on cybersecurity, but you need to be motivated by the mission.
• You have a full professional proficiency in English and native in French.
• You're based in Paris or you're willing to relocate.
