Adikteev, an AdTech leader based in Paris, seeks a Senior Product Data Analyst to steer roadmap decisions with deep analyses. You’ll partner with Product, ML and engineering to evaluate opportunities, define KPIs, and measure feature impact, using SQL, Excel, and basic Python/R.

This role requires strong communication and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. You will shape dashboards, monitor KPI trends, and propose data-driven enhancements to the DSP platform,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product analytics or a closely related role, ideally in an AdTech, gaming, or technology environment.
• Experience partnering with Product Managers to assess opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and support roadmap decisions.
• Proven ability to evaluate the impact of product features, launches, and user journeys using business and product metrics.
• Experience defining KPIs and success criteria for new features, monitoring their evolution, and translating findings into concrete product recommendations.
• Experience working with experimentation or A/B testing methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel with a basic knowledge of Python or R.
• Excel at querying, structuring, and processing qualitative or quantitative data, and can derive insightful conclusions from it.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analyses clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, ML, Data, Engineering, and business teams.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Support the Product team in selecting and ordering projects in the backlog based on the expected business impact for customers and partners.
• Quantify the business opportunity behind product evolutions suggested by internal or external stakeholders.
• Communicate the impact on business metrics of features recently rolled out.
• Define KPIs of success for new product features in partnership with Product Managers, setup the necessary dashboards or reports to measure these KPIs.
• Watch the evolution of product KPIs, suggest improvements and ideas that can optimize them.
• Work proactively with ML team & PM to suggest new project ideas to add into the roadmap.
• Provide support to Adikteev employees for questions related to internal analytics tools.
