Description du poste

💼 What you’ll do :

• Define the strategy for each procurement file
• Prepare and lead calls for tender (CFTs) and ensure the necessary authorizations are obtained, in line with the company’s procurement governance
• Finalize negotiations, draft associated contracts, and ensure documentation is validated by stakeholders and key contractual data is shared with end users
• Archive key documents and manage documentation efficiently for audits and future checks
• Collaborate with technical teams to define efficient procurement strategies, optimize costs while maintaining quality and timelines, and identify continuous improvement opportunities for each case
• Share relevant information and ensure effective communication at all stages of the procurement process
• Ensure a solid understanding of the legal and tax environment linked to the CFTs
• Conduct thorough risk assessments related to contracts and suppliers, and define mitigation plans and backup solutions to ensure operational continuity in case of unforeseen events
