Job summary

CapTech is seeking a Lead Power Platform Developer to drive Dynamics 365 and Power Platform initiatives across client projects. You will craft roadmaps, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver end-to-end configuration and implementation support.

You will guide organizational changes, train users, and ensure high platform adoption while optimizing system performance and business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven expertise implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Strong knowledge of CRM/ERP integration and Dynamics 365 configurations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and build an implementation roadmap for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Conduct organizational analysis to identify automation opportunities within Dynamics 365.
• Advise on team structure to support Dynamics 365 and Power Platform initiatives.
• Provide hands-on configuration and implementation support across Microsoft modules.
