The OECD is seeking an experienced Policy Analyst in Paris to help develop and implement its agenda across science and innovation policy, including research infrastructure, funding and workforce. The role involves leading projects, coordinating an International Expert Group, and delivering policy reports and briefs aligned with member country interests.

You will collaborate with the STP/STI directorates, participate in cross-cutting activities, and present outputs to CSTP and GSF.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience of policy analysis in science and/or higher education policy.
• Substantive knowledge and experience in GSF priority areas.
• Proven capacity for analytical and policy-oriented work for intergovernmental audiences.

Responsabilités

• Scope work areas to develop terms of reference for projects.
• Lead the implementation of projects with international experts and organise seminars/workshops.
• Design policy frameworks or toolkits and draft reports and briefs aligned with countries’ interests.
• Present work to GSF, CSTP and OECD bodies and build consensus for outputs.
