Job summary

Accenture France seeks a senior pharmaceutical supply chain leader to engage with client executives, shape strategic transformation, and drive future-ready planning, logistics and distribution capabilities.

You will translate complex challenges into transformation roadmaps that deliver measurable business value while leveraging AI, data and digital technologies to create resilient, patient-centric supply chains.

Qualifications

Significant experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical supply chains.
Deep end-to-end SCM expertise across planning, logistics, inventory and operating models.
Proven track record advising senior executives and shaping transformational programs.
Credible fluency with how digital, data and AI transform pharma supply chains.
Experience designing complex transformations involving process, data and technology change.

Responsibilities

Advise at the top table and facilitate executive decision-making on future operating models and transformation priorities.
Shape end-to-end transformation agendas across planning, demand and supply, customer service, logistics and network performance.
Advise on AI-enabled planning, data visibility, digital towers and automation as part of business outcomes.
Originate and shape strategic transformation opportunities with value cases, roadmaps and investment propositions.
Provide senior sponsorship and lead cross-functional teams to mobilize initiatives.
Define benefits-realisation metrics to ensure value is delivered and sustainable.
