Darktrace seeks an experienced Senior People Advisor based in Paris to support HR matters across France, Italy and Spain. You will influence managers, manage employee relations, and partner with external counsel on complex issues.
The role is hybrid with 2–3 days in the Paris office and occasional travel within the region. Postgraduate HR qualification and Workday experience are preferred.

We are focused on balancing the needs of our employees and the business by building strong relationships with employees and managers, partnering together to achieve business goals and create an exceptional employee experience. We are looking for an experienced Senior People Advisor to join our friendly and collaborative HR team. Based in our Paris office, you'll support all people-related matters across our France, Italy and Spain regions, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees alike. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2-3 days per week in our Paris office. Occasional travel to other offices within the region may be required.
