Job summary

Integrity360 is seeking a Senior Consultant for Privileged Access Management to design, implement and optimise enterprise PAM solutions for client environments. The role is hands-on and requires ownership across the delivery lifecycle, solving complex privileged access challenges and collaborating with client and internal teams.

The candidate should have about 5 years of PAM experience, with hands-on expertise in Idira/CyberArk or BeyondTrust; cross-technology knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of PAM, enterprise security implementation or technical consulting experience.
• Hands-on delivery with Idira (CyberArk) or BeyondTrust.
• Solid understanding of PAM principles including least privilege, credential management, rotation, audit.
• Experience integrating PAM with directories, servers, cloud environments and IT tooling.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills; able to support testing and handover.
• Confident in client-facing workshops and independent delivery across engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, deployment and support of enterprise PAM solutions.
• Deliver hands-on implementations using Idira or BeyondTrust per designs.
• Lead discovery sessions and translate requirements into PAM designs.
• Implement privileged account onboarding, credential management and rotation.
• Configure platform components, safes, session controls and access workflows.
• Build integrations with directories, servers, cloud, SIEM and ITSM.
• Troubleshoot PAM platforms, upgrades and health checks.
• Produce technical runbooks and implementation records.
• Communicate technical concepts to client stakeholders and teams.
• Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge.
