Polène seeks a Senior Business Controller to oversee OPEX management across 12 entities and to define cost management policy. You will analyze variances, coordinate monthly close with accounting, and act as a strategic partner for new projects’ profitability.

The role involves implementing cost allocation strategies, crafting OPEX KPIs, and maintaining SAP S/4HANA reports. You will collaborate with the Controlling team and various departments, in a highly transformational environment.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of post-graduate experience in a similar role within audit or financial controlling.
• Strong command of budget management principles and analytical accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel and an ERP (ideally SAP); knowledge of BI or EPM reporting tools is a plus.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Rigor, analytical and synthesis skills, and a strong business-partner mindset with clear communication.
• Proven ability to structure and implement financial processes and projects.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the group's OPEX management (12 entities) and define the cost management policy.
• Support department heads in defining and structuring their annual budgets and revisions.
• Analyze variances between budget, commitments, and actuals; prepare monthly cost-tracking reports.
• Coordinate monthly OPEX closing steps with the accounting team and allocate expenses.
• Act as a Business Partner to analyze profitability of new projects and identify cost levers.
• Define tailored OPEX KPIs and maintain SAP S/4HANA-based processes and reports.
• Provide daily support to teams to improve data reliability and OPEX flows.
