We are currently seeking an experienced Senior OneStream Consultant to join a growing team focused on delivering enterprise‑scale EPM solutions. This is a hands‑on consulting role with strategic influence, offering the opportunity to contribute to major transformation initiatives within a forward‑thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of OneStream EPM implementations across planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions.
• Design and maintain complex financial models tailored to business requirements.
• Provide subject matter expertise across consolidation, FP&A, and financial close processes.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust OneStream solutions.
• Deliver user training, support adoption, and drive best practice use of the OneStream platform.
• Continuously assess and improve existing EPM processes to enhance performance and compliance.
• Stay current with platform capabilities and contribute to solution design improvements and upgrade initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), with solid hands‑on expertise in OneStream.
• Proven success in implementing and supporting OneStream solutions.
• Strong functional knowledge of consolidation, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical and business problems.
• Experience working in cross‑functional, often global, environments.
• Proficiency in French is highly advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
