A leading hospitality solutions provider in Nantes is seeking a Senior Onboarding Consultant to manage customer onboarding journey and ensure successful implementation of solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong hospitality background, fluency in French and English, and exceptional organizational skills. This role combines remote and office work, offering flexibility and a competitive salary range of €45-50K depending on experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in hospitality (mandatory).
  • Fluency in French and English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience implementing SaaS solutions is an asset.

🔎 About the role

We are searching for an Senior Onboarding Consultant, with a strong hospitality background . You will be working directly with a customer on a consultative basis to determine, document and prepare the customer with their requirements for the successful implementation of our solutions. This role will work as part of the Onboarding team and share these responsibilities with the Project Management, Integration and Configuration Specialists.

🐯 What you’ll work on
  • Lead the customer on the onboarding journey, managing expectations, risks, and billable hours.
  • Identify customers complex business requirements, analyze, and communicate implementation approaches.
  • Clearly articulate the solutions into business requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Work closely with the Integrations & Configuration teams and Project Managers to meet deadlines.
  • Provide sufficient guidance and documentation for seamless hand over to Success and Support departments.
  • Take responsibility for your own product knowledge, keeping up to date with the latest developments to ensure you are able to confidently articulate the features and benefits of our products to customers.
  • Utilize your product and operational knowledge to create presentations and demonstrations tailored to meet the needs of prospective customers.
  • Contribute to team meetings, sharing ideas, leads and product knowledge to contribute to overall success of the department.

  • Experience working in hospitality (mandatory)
  • Fluency in French and English (mandatory) — Spanish is a plus.
