The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience, including 5 years in high-throughput distributed systems. The position offers a hybrid work model with 8 days onsite each month, emphasizing cloud-native solutions built on Azure.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional software engineering, including 5+ years building mission-critical systems.
• Expertise in .NET (C#, .NET 7/8) and Azure cloud services.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and event-driven architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver modern integration services for a communications layer.
• Architect systems for resilience and scale using various patterns.
• Lead and mentor junior developers while enforcing best practices.

Skills

Expert .NET engineer (C#, .NET 7/8, async/await, DI, testing frameworks)

Azure hands-on experience (AKS, Functions, Service Bus/Event Hubs)

Containers & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
