Job summary

Mozilla is seeking a hands-on Mobile Product Manager focused on Firefox for iOS and contributing across mobile platforms. You will build a better browser experience, improve downloads and navigation, and drive activation and retention through data-driven iterations.

You will work with engineers, designers, data science, and TPMs to ship high-impact features while maintaining privacy and performance, adapting Firefox for global markets and diverse user needs.

Qualifications

• Proven shipping experience: launching or managing apps on iOS App Store and/or Google Play Store with measurable impact.
• Execution focus: delivering features under deadlines in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Mobile & browser fluency: deep understanding of iOS (and Android) ecosystems and web browser tech.
• Data-driven iteration: comfortable with analytics, funnels, A/B testing, and user feedback to improve activation and retention.

Responsibilities

• Build a fundamentally better browser experience across iOS and Android, refining UI, downloads, menus, performance and reliability.
• Drive activation and retention by optimizing the new-user journey and funnel through data and testing.
• Deliver differentiating features that increase stickiness for key user groups.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, data science and TPMs to ship high-impact improvements while balancing privacy and performance.
