Job summary

Pathway is seeking a Senior ML Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer to own and scale GPU clusters and ML pipelines across multiple cloud providers. You will design and operate the infrastructure powering training and inference, from Linux hosts to Kubernetes, Slurm, and automation, collaborating with R&D to productionize experiments.

You will manage monitoring, CI/CD for ML workloads, handle on-call incidents, and optimize cost/performance at scale while ensuring reproducibility and robust

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE/Platform/Infrastructure roles with production systems, preferably ML workloads.
• Strong Linux background with shell scripting and configuring clusters/services.
• Experience with workload management, containerization, and orchestration in production.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale GPU/CPU clusters for ML training and inference across multiple clouds.
• Design, operate, and automate ML platform infrastructure (Slurm, Kubernetes, autoscaling, queues).
• Build and maintain ML pipelines with reproducibility and traceability.
