• Author complex, high-fidelity reasoning traces that capture how an LLM plans, uses tools, and makes decisions step by step.
• Design and document structured reasoning workflows for sophisticated real-world technical tasks.
• Review and mentor reasoning trace quality to ensure clarity, logical consistency, and optimal decision-making patterns.
• Develop data strategies that help LLMs navigate intricate, multi-step problem-solving scenarios.
• Apply senior-level architectural insight to ensure the data you produce drives reliable, trustworthy model behaviour.
