STMicroelectronics Grenoble seeks a Security Architect to lead the definition, analysis, and implementation of hardware and software security features for next-generation microcontroller products. Target applications include automotive, industrial, humanoid robotics, and general purpose use, requiring deep expertise in security architectures and standards (SESIP, ISO62443, ISO21434).

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience in security architectures for microcontrollers, SoCs, or embedded systems.
• Knowledge of security mechanisms and cryptographic operations.
• Hands-on experience with security standards such as: ISO21434, ISO62443-4-x, SESIP.

Responsabilités

• Define security concepts and architectures for microcontroller products.
• Execute threat analysis activities and risk assessments (e.g. automotive TARA).
• Derive and document HW/SW security requirements from top-level goals and use cases.
• Identify and specify security features for protection of assets (intrusion protection, isolation, countermeasures, cryptographic accelerators).
• Cooperate with design, DFT, verification, validation, firmware and software teams to ensure security requirements are implemented and verified.
• Review product architecture against applicable standards and customer security requirements.
• Support security claims and audits, for assigned products.
• Participate in design reviews, risk assessments and cross-functional security assessments.
• Contribute to roadmap for reusable security IP and architectural guidelines.
• Participate in PSIRT activities for vulnerabilities.
