Qualifications

• Essential profile: strong academic foundation in Biological/Life Sciences combined with Data Science, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, or CS.
• Leadership track record: experience managing multidisciplinary teams across locations is a plus.
• Technical expertise: deep knowledge of predictive modeling methodologies and clinical data structures; experience with cloud databases and HPC.

Responsabilités

• Strategic predictive research portfolio management across R&D functions.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of statisticians, data scientists, and data managers.
• Oversee computing infrastructure upgrades and data platforms with IT; ensure compliance with data standards.
• Foster external collaborations and contract work; guide data publication and IP strategies.
