Job summary

Cognitive Group, part of the Focus Cloud Group in Paris, is seeking a Lead Architect to drive large-scale Microsoft 365 migration and transformation programmes. You will shape migration strategies, lead tenant-to-tenant moves and own Exchange/Messaging architecture within enterprise environments.

You will guide workshops, produce high-level designs and cutover plans, and provide technical leadership across delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Must have lead experience in M&A, carve-in/out migration programmes.
• Proven ability to scope and drive tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Strong Exchange On-Prem experience across 2010/2013/2016/2019.
• Deep knowledge of mail flow, routing and coexistence strategies.
• Experience with AD, Entra ID and hybrid identity architectures.

We're supporting a global Microsoft consultancy on a key hire within their Microsoft practice.

This role is focused on large-scale M&A, carve-in, carve-out and tenant-to-tenant migration programmes, helping enterprise customers separate, integrate and transform complex Microsoft environments.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the architecture of Microsoft 365 migration and transformation programmes
• Design and deliver tenant-to-tenant migration strategies
• Own Exchange and Messaging architecture across complex enterprise environments
• Define coexistence, cutover and migration approaches
• Lead technical workshops with customers and stakeholders
