Job summary

LANCEL is seeking an ID & Visual Merchandising Designer to translate global brand vision into precise, buildable retail designs. You will create detailed drawings, elevations, 3D visuals and supplier-ready packs for permanent and temporary environments across Paris stores.

You will collaborate with Store Design, Marketing, Retail and external partners to balance aesthetics with operational needs, sustainability and value engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Visual Merchandising, Store Design or Retail Design with strong technical exposure.
• Experience in premium luxury retail environments is highly valued.
• Strong ability to translate concepts into buildable technical drawings and packs.

Responsibilities

• Translate global brand vision into locally relevant VM and retail design solutions.
• Design permanent and temporary retail environments, counters, pop-ups and collateral.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, fixture details and material schedules.
• Create high-quality 3D renderings and supplier-ready design packs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure feasibility and brand integrity.
