BESTSECRET Group in Paris is seeking a Senior Buyer Luxury to own the luxury category and shape our premium assortment. You will drive commercial performance by building strong relationships with leading luxury brands and translating market trends into compelling product selections.

The role requires strategic buying, cross-functional collaboration, and a proven track record in luxury fashion. Based in Paris, the position focuses on delivering outstanding luxury offerings and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury buying, category management or merchandising.
• Established network within the luxury brand landscape with relationships to suppliers.
• Strong negotiation skills and a track record of delivering commercial outcomes.
• Analytical and commercially driven mindset with data-informed decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multiple functions.
• Entrepreneurial approach with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent business English; French is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the buying strategy for the luxury category in line with commercial targets.
• Manage the assortment portfolio and respond to customer demand and market trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with key luxury brand partners and negotiate effectively.
• Monitor category performance using data and market insights to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, Marketing and Operations to implement category plans.
• Communicate insights and priorities to internal stakeholders.
• Support the Buying Director in implementing category strategies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of buying processes and tools.
