Qualifications

• Master's degree in French law, ideally with a focus on banking, financial or business law.
• Around 10 years of experience as a legal officer, ideally in a tech or fintech setting.
• Solid expertise in contract law, compliance, and risk management.

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts in English and French.
• Manage contracts from initiation to renewal or termination.
