Wolters Kluwer seeks a Senior Legal Counsel for CP&ESG to support the Tagetik business in France and potentially other regions. The role reports to the VP, Associate General Counsel CP&ESG and requires extensive experience in tech law, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and fluency in French with English
The Senior Legal Counsel of CP&ESG within the Global Law and Compliance Department (GLCD) will support primarily the Tagetik business unit in France, with possible support to other regions, as needed. The role will collaborate with business and legal leaders to reach decisions that support the organization's objectives. The individual in this position will be a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and expert legal support. The position reports to the VP, Associate General Counsel CP&ESG, based in Italy.
Location: Bois-Colombes (Hauts de Seine), France (Hybrid). Must be able to attend meetings and/or conferences onsite as needed.
