OPEX Selection seeks a Senior Lean & Continuous Improvement Consultant to lead a major pharmaceutical manufacturing transformation in France. The role combines senior client leadership with hands-on operational excellence and long-term account development.

You will work from home in France with regular travel to client sites, coaching leaders and embedding Lean capability to deliver measurable improvements. Fluency in French and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Substantial Lean / Continuous Improvement experience across shop floor to senior leadership.
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience strongly preferred; medical devices considered.
• Green Belt minimum; Black Belt highly desirable.
• Senior stakeholder management, coaching and influencing capability.
• Residence in France with travel to client sites.

Responsabilités

• Lead a major lean transformation programme in France with senior client stakeholders.
• Shape and coordinate transformation activity, ensuring benefits are realized.
• Coach leaders and embed Lean capability that lasts beyond the engagement.
• Develop the account by identifying additional value opportunities.
