You will participate in all stages of the product development lifecycle, including planning, documenting, testing, and troubleshooting software improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a business analyst in a technical environment.

Responsabilités

• Gather and document requirements, including high-level customer business needs, and translating them into functional requirements, use cases, workflow diagrams, wireframes, and other documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, conduct interviews, and facilitate workshops to gather comprehensive requirements, ensuring clear understanding of business objectives and system requirements.
• Project‑manage development efforts, facilitating communication between the customer, business units, and the development team from initial requirements to final implementation.
• Design, create, and test reports, and analyze results.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise and support to clients and development, implementation, and support teams.
• Create and maintain product documentation.

Job Summary

The Senior/Lead Business Analyst will leverage their expertise in revenue cycle operations (US Healthcare) and technology to enhance our exceptional software and services. They will participate in all stages of the product development lifecycle, including planning, documenting, testing, and troubleshooting software improvements. Close collaboration with application business owners, developers, customers, and other stakeholders is key to this role. Shift Time: 6:30 PM – 3:30 PM (Night shift)

Mode: Work from office
