Jobgether is seeking an Estimating & Design Lead to translate site plans, specifications and project needs into accurate landscaping estimates and compelling proposals. You will support a fast-moving business development team focused on winning commercial accounts, using your hands-on landscape expertise and design judgment while working remotely.

You will review plans, develop detailed cost estimates, create client-ready proposals, and track opportunities in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on landscaping/green-space experience.
• Ability to interpret site plans, specifications, and convert into practical scope and cost.
• Professional-level written and spoken English with U.S. stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Review site plans and project requirements to define scope and cost.
• Develop detailed estimates covering materials, labor, equipment, timelines, and other needs.
• Convert requests into client-ready proposals with speed and accuracy.
• Track estimates through proposal delivery using the CRM.
• Provide landscape design input to proposals, including plant selection and layout considerations.
