Magellan is seeking a Senior Java Tech Lead to guide international development teams in Lille, France. You will own technical direction, coordinate tasks, and partner with the PO in agile cycles from design to deployment.

Responsibilities include applying architecture, security and performance best practices, documenting complex components, and driving delivery improvements through DevOps tooling and agile methods.

The Senior Java Tech Lead role combines international team leadership and agile management alongside the PO. This role is aimed at an experienced Senior Java Tech Lead.

YOUR MISSIONS

• Guide the development team, coordinate and supervise development tasks in an international context
• Participate in all stages of an agile cycle alongside the PO: design, development, testing, deployment and feature maintenance
• Apply architecture, security and performance recommendations as a team to ensure application quality and robustness
• Document technical aspects and share knowledge
• Contribute to improving delivery processes through DevOps tools and agile methodologies
