Euronext Corporate Solutions France is seeking an experienced Java Engineering Team Lead in Paris to guide a 5+ developer team and own key backend architecture. You will drive delivery, design decisions and code quality in a fast-moving capital markets environment.

You will collaborate with Product Owner, mentor engineers, and promote best practices across cloud-native microservices, React/JS frontends, and secure API design. Excellent communication in English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years hands-on Java development.
• At least 2+ years as Team Lead guiding distributed teams.
• Strong AWS experience incl. Cognito, Lambda, S3, SQS, RDS.
• Experience with microservices, design patterns and scalable architecture.
• Frontend collaboration with React/Angular/Next.js is a plus.
• Security focus: OAuth2/OIDC, SSO and API security.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of 5+ developers and translate stories into deliverables.
• Provide technical mentorship, code reviews and architecture decisions.
• Ensure performance, quality and SLA adherence for applications.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to meet business requirements and timelines.
• Document knowledge base and foster continuous improvement.
