About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead to join our team in Valbonne. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in modern Java frameworks, cloud technologies, and backend development. This position offers the opportunity to lead by example, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the design and implementation of high-performance enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of scalable backend applications using Java 17–21.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Spring Boot 3.x and related frameworks.
• Implement and manage RESTful APIs and integration services.
• Work with Azure Cloud, PostgreSQL, or Oracle databases.
• Ensure code quality through JUnit testing and SonarQube analysis.
• Apply Object-Oriented Design, UML, and design pattern principles.
• Use version control tools such as Git, SVN, or CVS, and build tools like Maven.
• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior developers and support technical growth within the team.
