B&B HOTELS GROUP is recruiting a Senior IT Procurement Manager to lead the Group's IT sourcing strategy from Paris. You will negotiate with major tech vendors and align IT procurement with business needs, delivering value at scale.

In this role you will structure processes, implement tracking tools, and mentor an apprentice while partnering with CIO and IT teams to build credible, commercial relationships across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Procurement experience, including at least 4 years on IT/Technology categories.
• Proven commercial negotiator, comfortable with both large accounts and small vendors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: autonomous, creative, structured, doesn't get discouraged at the first obstacle.
• Mature, professional attitude, able to build credibility with a CIO's organization.
• Fluent English required (international context).

• Lead RFx processes and negotiations on the Group's largest IT contracts (software, hardware, telco).
• Commercially challenge vendors (pricing, contract terms, SLAs), in coordination with IT.
• Build a trusted relationship with the Group CIO and IT teams, while collaborating with Sales and Marketing on cross-functional procurement topics.
• Set up processes, tracking tools, and reporting for IT procurement; grow scope progressively and mentor an apprentice.

At B&B HOTELS, we are on an ambitious growth journey, scaling rapidly across Europe, the US and Brazil, with more than 950 hotels across 19 countries.

To support this growth, we're looking for a Senior IT Procurement Manager to join our Group Procurement team and play a key role in our technology sourcing strategy.

Why this role matters

As Senior IT Procurement Manager, you are the strategic bridge between Group Procurement and the CIO's organization. Your mission: commercially challenge and negotiate with our largest technology vendors (Microsoft, Salesforce, AWS...) while building a trusted relationship with the IT teams, turning IT procurement into a genuine value driver for the Group.

• Sourcing across IT categories: ~80% Software/SaaS/Cloud, ~20% Hardware/Telco
• Progressively expand your scope: structure and professionalize the Group's IT procurement processes

Negotiation & Sourcing

• Lead RFx processes and negotiations on the Group's largest IT contracts (software, hardware, telco)
• Commercially challenge vendors (pricing, contract terms, SLAs), in coordination with IT, which retains the technical relationship

IT & Stakeholder Relationship

• Build a trusted relationship with the Group CIO and IT teams, without being influenced by them
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on cross-functional procurement topics
• Help IT understand and value the role of Procurement, bringing value-add not previously considered

Structuring & Development

• Set up processes, tracking tools, and reporting for IT procurement
• Grow your scope progressively, starting from a still largely manual setup
• Mentor an apprentice
