Speechify is a distributed company with no offices, building text‑to‑speech tools to help people read faster and remember more. We are seeking a Senior iOS Engineer who can think strategically, work quickly in a remote team, and deliver great user experiences to a broad user base.

You should have strong Swift/SwiftUI skills, a track record of shipping in high‑growth environments, and a passion for accessibility and product quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Swift and SwiftUI for iOS apps.
• Strong multithreading knowledge and performance considerations.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Fastlane.
• Solid understanding of SOLID design principles and clean code.
• Experience using Git and modern branching strategies.

Responsabilités

• Lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS app.
• Actively shipping production code for the Speechify iOS app.
• Work within a dedicated product team to influence roadmap.
• Participate in product discussions to shape strategy and priorities.
• Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture.
