With a massive heritage and cultural centric project, the team is looking to further grow and effectively deliver Luxury Residential, Grade A Commercial Buildings, Ultra-Luxury Hospitality, and high-street Retail projects. With intricate design, following the Najdi architecture, the designs are focused on striking the right balance between the local vernacular and modern trends.

Description

• Interior design managers initiate projects by collaborating with clients to define their goals, preferences, and budget constraints. Responsible for creating design concepts and plans that align with the client's vision while considering functional requirements and aesthetic appeal.
• The interior design manager will play a crucial role in financial oversight. They will develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring that expenses stay within predefined limits. This involves cost estimation, procurement of materials and furnishings, and effective resource allocation.
• The interior design managers will sit within a team of designers, architects, contractors, and other professionals. They will oversee the entire project team, delegating tasks, setting time lines, and ensuring that everyone works cohesively to meet project objectives.
• It is the responsibility of interior design managers to uphold quality standards and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. They conduct site inspections to monitor progress, address any issues or deviations, and make certain that the final design aligns with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain open and clear communication channels, providing regular updates on project status, addressing client feedback and concerns, and managing expectations to ensure client satisfaction throughout the design and construction process.

Profil recherché

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• A strong background in interior design with at least 10 years of proven experience and a deep understanding of design principles, materials, and trends.
• Exceptional project management abilities, including the capacity to plan, budget, and execute interior design projects efficiently. They should be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital.
• Expertise in Architectural and Interior Design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Suite).
