Job summary

CEVA Logistics in France is seeking a Senior Indirect Procurement Buyer to manage a dynamic portfolio of indirect spend categories in a global, fast-paced environment. You will combine strategic category management with hands-on sourcing, from defining procurement strategies to tendering, negotiating with suppliers and delivering measurable savings.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers across international functions, driving continuous improvement of CEVA's procurement

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of indirect procurement experience.
• Proven experience in managing indirect procurement categories.
• Strong sourcing, tender management, negotiation, and supplier management.
• Experience leading procurement projects from strategy to implementation.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Results-driven with focus on cost optimization and savings.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage a portfolio of indirect spend categories and identify cost and risk improvements.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects from market analysis to tendering and contracting.
• Manage RFPs and negotiate terms with suppliers.
• Develop and optimize the supplier panel and relationships.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with governance and processes.
• Act as a trusted procurement partner to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor procurement KPIs, savings and supplier performance.
• Contribute to cross-functional improvement projects.
