Keoni is seeking an Expert Infrastructure as Code & Ansible to lead the industrialization of automation across on‑prem environments. You will design reusable Ansible frameworks, drive standards, and transfer skills to squads as part of IT modernization.

The role requires deep hands‑on Ansible expertise, strong IaC discipline, and the ability to coach teams through best practices, with close collaboration across IT operations and security.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in designing and implementing Ansible playbooks, roles, inventories, and collections.
• Strong experience in industrializing IaC with coding standards, naming conventions, and versioning.
• Familiarity with ansible-lint, automated tests, and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Support squads in industrializing Ansible automation for on‑prem environments.
• Develop and share standards, templates, and reference playbooks.
• Deliver skills transfer through coaching and documentation as part of modernization programs.
• Contribute to CI/CD practices for Ansible deployments and operations.
