Youtrust is a European scale-up seeking a sole HRBP to partner with leaders and manage talent, performance and salary cycles. You will design HR processes from scratch, collaborate with Payroll and Finance on compensation, and drive coaching, transitions, and career paths. Proficiency in English and French (C1) is required, Spanish a plus.

Youwill join a small People team that values impact over headcount and work on AI-driven People operations and governance within a European context.

Your Role

Youtrust is a ~200-person European scale-up on its way to €100M ARR. You join the People team as our sole HRBP, owning the full business-partnering scope. You raise our HR processes to the next level (talent, performance and salary reviews, HR steering, innovation) and support leaders and teams day to day through coaching, change and organizational design. You work in a small People team that bets on impact over headcount, where everyone owns a vertical and stretches to help the others.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted business partner to leaders and managers: own the toughest people calls with them and shape how they handle difficult conversations, team reorgs and high-stakes decisions.

• Own the talent, performance and salary review cycles end to end, including calibrations, and set the analytical standard behind People decisions.

• Level up and harmonize HR processes and journeys, and lead People and cross-functional projects to a mid-market/enterprise standard.

• Drive individual and collective coaching, transitions and career paths as a retention lever.

• Bring solid Comp & Benefits and social-law judgement to people decisions, working with lateral partners like Payroll or Finance.

• Build and run AI workflows and agents that sharpen People operations: analysis, reporting, steering and internal comms.

Your Profile

You have run HR business partnering as a true partner to leaders, not a support function, and you have owned talent, performance and salary review cycles end to end. You build HR processes from scratch and get managers to adopt them. You bring sound Comp & Benefits and social-law judgement, and you know when to involve lateral partners like Payroll or Finance. You use AI daily, generative and beyond, and build workflows or agents that others adopt. You have strong social and situational intelligence, you form accurate reads and make recommendations that hold up, and you stay steady when everything lands at once. You work with humility and a win-as-a-team spirit. You are fluent in English and French (C1); Spanish is a plus.
