Alium seeks a Senior HIL Bench Developer & Commissioning Engineer to join our team in Belchamp, France, focusing on automotive HIL test bench development, commissioning, and ongoing support. The role demands 3+ years of hands-on HIL experience, strong knowledge of HIL platforms, and proficiency in LabVIEW, NI VeriStand, and related tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in automotive HIL development and commissioning.
• Strong experience with HIL platforms and test bench architectures.
• Proficient in coding/scripting, wiring & electrical integration, and test automation.
• Knowledge of CAN, LIN, FlexRay and Automotive Ethernet protocols.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and commission HIL test benches.
• Design and implement HIL bench architecture and environments.
• Perform bench integration, wiring, configuration, and validation activities.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and communication issues.
• Develop automation scripts and support bench software development.
• Provide technical support and training to HIL bench users.
• Ensure bench reliability, maintainability, and operational readiness.
• Support root cause analysis and troubleshooting activities.
