Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Analyst, Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) for the MedTech Surgery business with a focus on France. Location flexibility allows highly qualified candidates from anywhere in France.

The role leads health economics and market access activities, develops robust economic arguments, and supports funding and adoption strategies for the Surgery portfolio in France.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics, health policy, public health, economics, healthcare management or other relevant discipline.
• Understanding of HTA and health economics.
• Ability to engage with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute market access strategies for new technologies and existing portfolios.
• Support development of HEMA tools and translate complex messages for the sales force.
• Build and maintain relationships with payers, professionals, and government bodies.
• Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, clinical and sales teams to align objectives.
• Contribute to evidence generation strategy and local opportunities for health economic evidence.
• Provide health economic input for local commercial initiatives requiring value substantiation.
