This remote role requires strong analytics expertise and deep knowledge of SaaS go-to-market metrics. Qualifications

• Multiple years of hands-on experience in BI / Data Science / GTM analytics.
• Proven ability to own dashboards end-to-end, including design, optimization, performance, and governance.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with Snowflake or a comparable data warehouse environment.
• Strong understanding of dbt and modern ETL/ELT tools, with experience building and maintaining data models.
• Ability to use Python or R for analysis, modeling, automation, or advanced statistical workflows.

Responsabilités

• Own Tableau: build, optimize, and govern dashboards.
• Enable trust and reliance on reporting across GTM teams.
• Own end-to-end GTM analytics and apply predictive modeling.
• Run deep-dives into Sales performance trends and translate findings.
• Partner with Data Engineers on data quality and governance.
• Define BI strategy and mentor analysts.
